Chiron Lmp3-08 CN car launched at Brands Hatch!
The all new Chiron CN car body was on display at Brands Hatch over the weekend at the first round of the UK VdeV series. Chiron WSC founder and designer, Henry Nickless was on hand to speak to prospective customers. The interest in the new car was amazing.
Guy Jeynes-Ellis a director of Chiron WSC said. ”The new CN car looks magnificent, the design features that Henry has included will do nothing but put fear into the other manufacturers".
"We have used the last two meetings to find out what the competition is like in this fantastic series and I am 100% sure that we will come out fighting for a race win at Magny Cours in October".
"With the ability of the Chiron to run on bio-ethanol too, it will be the first green fuelled car in to the series. It has become vitally important to be environmentally aware in motor sport with climate change being such an issue world wide".
"Chiron have an extremely busy few months ahead, but with the determination amongst all involved, I am sure that we will produce a very fast reliable car."
Henry said "The interest in the car has been incredible. I have spoken to more people today than I normally would at the Autosport show! Having watched the race today I am even more convinced that the Chiron CN will be the car to beat. I cannot wait to get the first cars finished."
With 4 cars already under construction (3 are already sold), Henry and his team have got their work cut out to satisfy the demand.
Matt Manderson is over the moon at the fact that he will be racing a Chiron again. "Henry’s existing car, the LMP 3 is by far the best racing car that I have ever driven. I simply cannot wait for others to sample the incredible driving experience that it provides and for us to be running at the head of the field once more. Having Henry at the helm of the race team is an amazing advantage for us. Not only does he design and build the car, but he also knows how to engineer the last few tenths from it. I have no doubt that we will have a significant performance advantage over the competition."
