Chiron World Sports Cars Big News Update!!!

Multi Championship winning sports car constructor, Chiron World Sports Cars are proud to be launching their brand new CN Sports prototype at Brands Hatch on June 23rd at the inaugural round of the UK VdeV series where prospective customers can view the new Chiron body that will be on display.

Chiron World Sports Cars have recently finalised a strong financial platform with two new backers, one of which is former Sports 2000 winner Guy Jeynes-Ellis who now has become a Director of Chiron World Sports Cars.

Henry Nickless, Founder, Designer and Director of Chiron said” This is a really exciting time for Chiron. With the investment that we now have in place, we can design and build the cars to an even better standard and without compromise. We have taken all the best features of the existing Chiron LMP 3 model , which won back to back Supersports titles as well as the Queensland Open Sports Car Championship in Australia with 12 wins from 12 starts and a new lap record at each event!”

The new CN car will be Honda powered and will incorporate :

  1. F1 inspired torsion bar suspension, which will allow simple and rapid ride height adjustment without the need to re corner weight the car.
  2. Quick release front crash box and floor. Interchangeable in seconds.
  3. A raised foot box to allow for more efficient aerodynamics diffusers.
  4. 110 Litre fuel capacity as Chiron will be the first VdeV car to run on Bio-Ethanol. 80 litre versions will be available for customers who want to run on petrol.

This will be the first CN racing car to be designed to run on Bio Ethanol with the aim of running in the UK VdeV series, who are keen to promote environmental awareness. Sunoco will supply all fuels to the series.

These features amongst many more will be clothed in an all new body shape that would look as at home in the LMS paddock as it will in the VdeV series.

Two cars have already been sold and are under construction, with the works car planned to make its debut in the Magny Cours 4000Km in October.

The new car may also be used with other engine and gearbox adaptations making it extremely versatile for other uses.
